Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if given, travel dates, number of travellers, budget range, interests and any notes. We also keep a record of our emails and calls with you while we plan your journey.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, if you travel with us, arrange and support your journey. We share necessary details with camps, airlines and guides only once you have asked us to book them. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for six years to meet accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time by writing to us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
